This is a classy pen; the cap is done in blue precious resin, while the barrel is solid silver, the Tower of Pisa engraved in bas relief. On the back side of the barrel there is a cathedral from the same area. On the cap band there is an eagle, a proud symbol of Pisa. It is enhanced by red lacquer square outline, right below the clip. It fills by a piston filling mechanism.It has a Montegrappa 18 K two tone nib, in Medium. I have never put ink in it. It doesn't look used but i did not buy this brand new. It is one of the few pens for which I do not have a box.
